Block of Ten or More Rooms and Suite Request
Beginning at 8:00 am PST on July 27, please click on the link below to request a block of ten or more rooms, or to request a suite. Once your request has been submitted, we will make every effort to accommodate your first choice. If you are interested in holding a meeting or event in a hotel, please visit the Exhibitor Dashboard on namm.org to fill out the Exhibitor Event Request Form. NAMM will review all requests and connect you with the corresponding venues once approved.
Event space is reserved for exhibitors who contract directly with NAMM for a minimum of 200 square feet of booth space on the show floor. Exhibitors agree not to schedule tours, meetings, or other events that might reasonably be expected to draw attendance away from the Trade Show during any part of the official Trade Show hours. Displaying product in any room is prohibited during show hours. Event space is assigned based on compliance with all rules and regulations.
If your preferred hotel is not available at the time you are making your reservation, you may place yourself on a wait list for that property. This process requires that you first reserve a room at any available hotel. There is no guarantee that your room will be moved.
